Dominion Properties is passionate about art. For example, their Hotel Verdant, Racine, WI has 200 pieces of original WI art. In addition, Dominion Properties created twelve purchase awards with FRESH 40 2023 show and the work hangs in their Shorewood Hub at 3970 North Capitol Drive in Shorewood, WI. With “Shorewood Hub presents FRESH 40 2024 Invitational,” Dominion Properties invited (no jury involved) WI artists whose work is highly marketable in both residential and commercial markets. The exhibition showed abstract & representational work for sale from various genres from fort invited artists. There were many purchase awards from the 2024 Invitational. Artists received 60% of the retail sale price and 40% benefited Shorewood SEED Foundation, Rotary Club of Milwaukee, or was used to defer coordination and setup expenses.
